MATTHEW SIM

Personal Trainer

Matthew is a down to earth personal trainer with more than 4 years of experience.

He started off by conducting bootcamp classes for a few friends at his university and moved on to attaining his certification.  Soon after, he progressed on to 1 on 1 coaching and continued with group trainings in a corporate setting (ie. Media Prima, NSTP). 

Credentials: Essential Personal Trainer Certified (FITM)

Corrective Exercise Specialist (FITM)

Basic Life Support Certified

Champion at Singapore National Open Weightlifting 2019

First Runner Up at Singapore National Open Weightlifting 2017

CLARISSA CHEW

Personal Trainer

Clarissa is a bubbly yet stern personal trainer with more than 3 years of experience. 

Previously a competitive sprinter in school, she specializes in female fitness and group training - and believes that she is able to change the mindset of women towards fitness and going to the gym. She is currently progressing to fitness for children and is also an Assistant Trainer at The Little Gym, Malaysia.

Achievements:

First Runner up at Singapore National Open Weightlifting 2019

CHEE JUN KIT

Nutritionist

Jun Kit is a certified nutritionist who graduated from California State University - Fresno with a BS in Food and Nutritional Sciences. He is currently working as a Nutritionist at Fountain Valley Hospital, California.

He is able to utilize Medical Nutrition Therapy to manage nutrition related diseases such as Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes. With experience in creating a wide range of custom-personalized nutrition plans and one-on-one counseling, he is able to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. UPON A SUCCESSFUL SIGNUP FOR ANY PACKAGE WORTH RM600 AND ABOVE, EVERY CLIENT WILL RECEIVE ONE(1) FREE FIT2U T-SHIRT.

2. A MINIMUM OF 2 PAX IS REQUIRED FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF A GROUP TRAINING.

3. CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO RECOMMEND A PREFERRED GYM/TRAINING LOCATION. ANY CHARGES FOR THE CLIENT'S AND TRAINER'S WALK-INS, MONTHLY CHARGES OR PERSONAL TRAINING FEES REQUESTED BY THE GYM ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CLIENTS.

4. ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED IF THE TRAINING LOCATIONS ARE LOCATED OUT OF FIT2U'S CORE ZONES.

5. THE EXPIRY DATE OF EVERY TRAINING PACKAGE WILL BE BASED ON THE DATE OF THE FIRST TRAINING SESSION.

6. FIT2U RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
